These Terms of Service govern your use of the Skyco Web Agency website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Skyco Web Agency provides web development, AI integration, and digital infrastructure services. All projects are governed by individual project agreements that supplement these terms.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code and designs created for your project are transferred to you. Skyco retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Standard terms require 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate.

4. Limitation of Liability

Skyco Web Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in The Hague.
